Q: What kind of delivery services does uofnantucket.com offer?
A: We use USPS Priority Mail. **All P.O. Box orders will be shipped via Priority Mail (USPS)**
And when will my order be shipped? 
A: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days if all items ordered are in stock*.

*We will NOT charge your credit card until your order ships complete.

All online orders placed after October 20th 2019,  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Any orders Received by Dec. 5th 2019 will be shipped before Christmas*  *In stock items    Note: We do our best to expedite all orders as quickly as possible. An email with tracking information will be sent out once your order has shipped. If you have any problems with your shipment, you should contact uofnantucket.com by email.
 
Q: What if I want to place a phone order?
A: Please contact our store to place phone orders at 508-228-4795 between 10:00am-5:00pm EST and we'll be happy to assist you.  Any questions regarding off season orders can be emailed to jackray@uofnantucket.com Note: The University of Nantucket Store opens late April for the  Season! Phone orders are not accepted after October 10th. Please use our Online service. Thank you.
 
 
 
Q: What type of payment methods does uofnantucket.com accept?
Currently we accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Personal checks and Money Orders are accepted on orders by phone (508-228-4795) but all checks must clear before items are shipped. 
 


 
Q: How much sales tax will I get charged?
We are required by law to charge sales tax of 6.25% in Massachusetts on Non-Clothing purchases (ex. Decals).All shipments outside of Massachusetts are Not Taxable. 
 

Return Policy

EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITH AUTHORIZATION ONLY on items that have not been worn, altered, or washed; in original condition with all tags attached.We issue STORE CREDIT ONLY. ALL EXCHANGES or RETURNS MUST HAVE AUTHORIZATION. ALL ITEMS SENT to us without prior authorization will be REFUSED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. Clearance sale and undergarments are final sales. Due to the small size of our operation, all returns must be received within 10 days of customer receipt. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. Items bought on Nantucket in our store follow our store's return policy which allows 7 days for returns.
